LJMU ran a Staff and Student Volunteering Fair in October which was attended by a range of organisations looking for volunteers.

The event was packed and lots of staff and students signed up to offer their time to help make a difference in our local community.  But of course this is an ongoing process and organisations are always on the look out for further support.

With this in mind our fantastic intern Justin has put together a document listing some of the organisations who attended with links to their websites to allow any students interested in volunteering their time to find opportunities quickly and easily (just click on the logos in the doc).

Volunteering is a great way to build confidence, gain new skills, meet new people, have fun, improve your employability and generally make a positive impact on other people’s lives.  So if you have time volunteer, download the document to get the ball rolling!
